Manufactured-to-Order & Lead Times
Some products are manufactured or finished to order. Where applicable, estimated lead times are clearly stated on the product page. These estimates are provided in good faith and may vary slightly due to production scheduling or supply constraints.

Delivery & Inspection
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If goods arrive damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photographs of the packaging and item(s).
Failure to report issues within this timeframe may affect our ability to resolve the matter with the courier.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or missed delivery attempts, any additional delivery or return costs may be charged.
