Spare wheel/tyre is designed for vehicle builds requiring a full-size spare wheel mounted to the rear. It provides a robust alternative to underbody mounting, allowing that space to be utilized for auxiliary tanks or storage.

Design & Placement

The wheel  placement ensures no interference with factory lighting, number plates, or parking sensors.

Structural Integration

• Mounting: Flange brackets bolt directly to the hinge structure to create a stable mounting platform.

• Reinforcement: The latch-side fixing is located near the door folds—the strongest point of the door skin—to ensure long-term durability.

• Hardware: All fixings are stainless steel.

• Installation: Bolt-on design; no specialized welding required.

Technical Specifications

• Position: Passenger side rear door only.

• Hinge Requirement: Compatible with 180-degree factory hinges only.

• Compatibility Note: Vehicles equipped with 270-degree hinges require a swap to 180-degree hinges for this carrier to function.
